Stone Garden miniatures are small replica of
some artistic piece of height not exceeding 12" or 300mm.
Sandstone, being a soft stone can be easily molded and chiseled to
create interesting miniature replicas of existing bigger sculptures etc.
Miniatures of various animals, birds, human figures, fairies and angels
can be creatively crafted out of this stone. These sculptures though
made for being used for garden, can also be used for decoration inside
the house or at the entrance.
Ornamentation Techniques
The soft surface of the sandstone facilitates the etching of intricate
designs on artifacts made from it. Hence, sandstone garden miniatures
are highly ornamented with detailed carving and are available in natural
and smooth sandstone finish.
